haven't received proxy materials yet, and will wait till the last minute to vote depending on what the market is doing. will vote with the group which exceeds 4m shares.

Received the Palliser phone book (good one, testy) last week. Still on hold until last day hoping for a miracle but leaning to yes more now than a few weeks ago.
