Export tax on China's copper

Export tax on China's copperIt appears that China is worried about a shortage of domestic copper and will raise their export tax. I believe, as Don Coxe has predicted, a pull back in copper prices will only be short lived. China will become a net importer of copper. China and India's future demand for copper should raise the world price and fall in line with Don Coxe's prediction of a unprecedented 5 year blue chip bull commodities market. https://www.forbes.com/business/feeds/afx/2006/03/09/afx2581870.html It seemms to me that PGM is undervalued and positioned, with it's copper/zinc deposit, to increase it's share price rapidly in the next year. jmho h
