RE:Gold crosses from Corvus' Mother Lode into Sterling Project

RE:Gold crosses from Corvus' Mother Lode into Sterling ProjectI think everyone assumed that NM would hit something close to the Mother Lode pit.  The question is how good.  After all the money that Corvus has sunk into drilling the Mother Lode, you assume they are going for a big resource number that will eventually allow them to finance a mine.

I think the value of NM's drilling is to establish a good reason for Corvus to buy adjacent land from NM.  Do they have to buy us out to get financed and build a mine?  I doubt it.  Would it make sense once the mine is built to buy more adjacent land containing gold? Sure but at the right price.

What are the chances that we will build a mine based on the drilling released today?  Slim and none.

I was a little disappointed in the results.  Nothing good enough to even include in the headline.  If we are going to tempt Corvus to make us an offer on the adjacent land, I think we will have to come up with better results.  If Corvus builds a mine, they would surely make an offer but the price will depend on the sample drilling results.
