ArPetrol Inc. holds an investment in a number of natural gas concessions in Argentina.

The company has had some difficulty in re-activating its Argentine gas wells but

commenced production in Q4 2009. ArPetrol also continues to evaluate the best

candidates. The board and management of ArPetrol have extensive international
