Not surprising, really, but they had to go through the step of hiring a financial advisor to "independently" assess the values in order to maintain decorum and fiduciary responsibility.

Now they have the shareholder protection plan, and the possibility of pulling a MAG Silver where a motion is filed in court to compel Inmet to turn over potentially relevent exploration data that may have a bearing upon other deposits.  Just to gum up the works.
