RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Remember Oullins?They're no different than drug dealers, except they're dealing in deception and lies about what their resources are or what production they can supply at any given time. These people were no different than the majority of these penny mining stocks. They lied about the resource in Spain and they they were working to get it up and running, when in reality they had done nothing.

Most of these companies like PTQ are just scams IMHO.
