shorts - August 10 hold period expires

Watch out - gonna be a lot of pressure in a month when those 15MM shares of $0.60 IPO paper comes free trading. If I were the PP participants, I'd love the ability to lay on some shorts at these prices. I'd expect a lot more shorts in the next month.

I am watching PTV, but it's got some headwinds for the next month or two.
