It has nothing to do with Puda, or KSE.
It was a brochure for some kind of a conference or meeting.....Not sure why they used it as a example of their work....but the use of it was simply self promotion for the advertising/art/ business services company.
Did you think that Zhao had bought a solar project or something....?
