The deal is scheduled to close by this Friday, however I think it will be announced  a bit earlier, say on Tuesday....I don't have an inside track....just a gut feeling.

Also would think the stock will hit $2 very shortly after the deal closes as that would be an indication that the due diligence process went very well and it also means that the exploration risk will have been minimized to almost nil.
