Fellow TSX-V-listed Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp. has advised the market that the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) has registered its request for arbitration over the removal of the Mrima Hill rare earths project. Placed under Pacific Wildcats subsidiaries, Cortec Pty Ltd and Stirling Capital Ltd, the arbitration was registered by the ICSID on 7 July. Cortec Mining Kenya (CMK), a company under the control of Cortec and Stirling, is also a claimant in the proceedings.
