But the current hickup of PYR and AMF would give cold feet to one of the partners, because Bernard is counting on Provincial grant to push development forward.
That is 3 fronts that need investment on equipment builds in order to go into production and therefore paint the province GREEN.
HPQ is capable of bringing the green tint.
Grants would enable the Green machines.
