QMI valuation

QMI valuationBased on my DD in the Gold segment it would appear that many to most are valued at +/- $200 / ounce.
Why is QMI running at only $98 / oz?
Why did the most recent investors agree to $7.50 / share?  The NI43-101 allowed them to accumulate at a discount.
If my math is reasonably close, based on expert opinion it is, QMI should trade at $13 / share or a nice profit for the sharks.  The $10.50 / share called early in the year are reasonably easy targets to hit.  With the next round of NI43-101 updates in 2012 QMI could have a valuation of $16 to $25.
Is my head stuffed up my has or can someone offer another opinion to support or burn my assessment.
QMI based on current peer to peer valuations should trade at or about $13.
