Andrew on BNN just mentioned that the deal is roughly at $95-97 per ounce. Not bad at all considering that AR just paid about $45/oz Au for PDG. Of course, you do have higher grades than PDG and upper beaver probably goes into production a wee bit sooner as well.
Still makes me wonder about when the rest of the junior market will start to see any benefit and uplift from these takeovers. Companies like SFF with their less than $5/oz Au in South America, or NKL in the Yukon with a less than $9/oz AuEq (or perhaps <$4/oz AuEq if you throw in the base metals).
