I agree that their website states 46.2%, but the NR states over 40% once the deal is complete.  It accounts for some dilution, I suppose. Shenzhen Hepalink's ownership of 25 Mil shares in QPT ...more

It sounds like this an IIROC decision not to let it trade until further clarification of the deal.  This is one of those deals that smells fishy and I am guessing IIROC wants to fully vet it ...more
