"During the month, the Corporation had received a bridge loan advance from an arms-length parties of $30,000 and issued, or to be issued, promissory notes to be secured by general security agreements. Theterms of the promissory notes are for a six month period, 10% interest per annum payable quarterly commencing March 31, 2015 and with secured subordinated security interests."
