When I compare this to H2O Innovation who do water treatment systems , there is a difference. H2O Innovation has a continual demand for their services ; Questor does not because of the connection with oil and gas drilling .
The scary dead screeching halt in Questor's business is not immediately overcome by the promise of "  government handouts " ; it should happen but people want to see proof the incentives have an effect.
