is broker telling me truth?

is broker telling me truth? I have yet to get my paperwork? I called my broker and he said it would be coming. I called gain and same story. Not that I have a billion shares but its still my money and I want to sell Aquila once it gets to break even for me. Anyone know if there is a hang up and why?
