With regard to the current economic issues and the probability models (I have seen) indicating the necessity of a major change in how governments must handle debt on every level, all can say is that it would seem most of us are all on the same page. The only advice I can offer everyone is to vote. Exercise one of the last rights we have. For myself, I have never and will never vote for a party affiliation. I will always vote for a person based on how capable that person seems to be with regard to solving issues. Unfortunately, there have been times I have been wrong there in the past.
With regard to Ruby Creek...IMO...they have not done anything wrong yet, I trust them with the largest securities investment in my portfolio and see no reason to change my position. The only trepadation I have is how much more I can devote to accumulation.
IMHO: first, get the gold out of the ground. Second, assay it. Third, sell it to someone who can make it look all pretty. Fourth, after I retire on dividends, plan a trip to Tanzania...
