Finally breached the ath made last november. I'm gonna guess it is the cessation of the sucking sound coming from the $3M private placement.
glad to hear it is subscribed as we have a very expensive spring of payments, plus the possible $2M bonus to dlkm for an extra 5% for mkuvia. I am legally in but not financially yet as I have authorized paper purchase but had to move fast to transfer an account to an ira outfit that would do private placements and that transfer hasn't moved yet.
thrilled about getting in on the private placement and sure wish I'd had the guts to ask about the .25 one last summer. didn't know they let non qualified individuals in so i never contacted ruby about it.
of course, once rbyc is done with its run, I expect to be a future qualifying individual (net worth $1M +) many times over.
