Significant changes were reported on February 7th, 2013. That was the last news release. How about a quarterly progress report on the impact and progress of said changes?

What would one be buying into? And honestly, what is the point of selling down here? Noticed the Metals and Minerals Investment Conference is in NYC this week. Guess what company isn't there? Ruby has been there in recent years. All of the outgoing management / advisors / board members basically handed their stock to Slavik on the way out the door. Again, what does that tell you?
