Iam DivestitureGreg's last deal was MXI who got taken out by IMG. IMG has since refocused on Canada and the projects in MXI were larely orphaned-until now. This week IMG announced new financing for their new Ontario project and yesterday they sold the assets they got from MXI. Any thoughts on how this affects the dynamic of the heighbourhood? My feeling is that we swapped a cash strapped neighbour who has lost interest in Africa for a very solid player whose whole raison d'etre is Africa-other views?
