Seems like the goal of the manipulators here is to strike a balance in the share price where the deal looks good to the retail who are being diluted but not so good where they will participate in the 20 cent financing. Sorry past experience tells me this company is being rescued so it can be sold. If you are looking for accountability the team they rescued usually go when the deal is done. Restructuring is painful.
