Pala's intention
Pala's intentionI did talk to RDI and unofficially the opinion I recieved is that they think pala wants to do a proxy vote to oust management. This was conjecture because I dont think pala is telling rdi their intentions. I guess rdi will be releasing a press release shortly to respond to the request. Imho I dont see pala making an offer because that already failed. Question is how do they expect shareholder approval if they couldnt get it for the buyout. How close was the buyout how many shares were tendered? Does anyone know how close it was. The insiders wont vote and the institutional investors wont get their money back if the pala offer is low. If they wouldndt accept 36 cents why would they take less now?? We should be getting news about a shareholder meeting soon......
