RE: Take Over in 3 easy steps

RE: Take Over in 3 easy steps Well they tried step one at 36 cents that didnt work but they got on the board of directors. Now from an insiders point of view they can make a better decision on their next move. From what I understand in talking to rdi the impression is that management has tried to placate pala in whatever way possible. Pala is not working with management because if they had a problem they can bring it up and vote discuss etc. So pala calls a shareholders meeting and we will find out soon their beef with rdi. I have watched this unfold with ccj however in the case of coalcorp the company(imho) had a corrupt management that was burning thru the treasury and not meeting their guidelines. I really dont think they have a lot of room to complain but they will spin a tale to get shareholders on there side. If they were able to control the board you want to believe that we (shareholders) will not get 36 cents a share if they were to take the company private.
