I read about it by random search on rdi and pala. I will see if I can find the article and I will post it. Evidently their is a one year time restriction on pala to make another takeover bid. I believe it is because it was a hostile takeover bid and it was rejected. So perhaps this is to give the company a breathing space from another hostile bid from the same party?
