RE: americanbulls

RE: americanbulls1. They are not opening the forth mine until they can upgrade the rotary pans I believe to 18 feet. This mine is more costly per ton.

2. Buy sell sell buy for some stocks american bull works but we must always look at what market conditions, diamond prices, news, proxy battles etc. are tellijng us. The recent runup wasnt alerted by american bulls it came about because speculators think a by out offer is in the making. As I pointed out this is unlikely to come from other diamond miners considering the diamond market  and Pala has to wait another 6 or 7 months before it can try again.

3. I believe the company would like to takeover/merge with another diamond company in an equity exchange of shares. Im sure they are as they have said actively looking for such an arrangemnet.

4. The company must call a shareholders meeting as far as I know. But why should they rush to do this? They will be responding at some point soon. They cant ignore the request because pala owns over 10% of the company.
