RE: Executive Directors Select Haywood

RE: Executive Directors Select HaywoodHey Mates,

Two opinions on this latest NR:

1] normally there is no need to go through a broker for a rights offering as it is strictly a legal process that is straightforward, and requires min. expense. Why pay a brokerage a 2% fee for basically doing nothing other than as a carrot for supporting your position prior to a vote.

2] the 3 "executive" directors are clearly indeed worried that even though many shareholders may vote for resolutions 2, 3, and 4 of the Green Proxy, a majority of us will vote in favour of removing one or more directors ( ie. resolution 1 under the "FOR" column).

Our current 3 "executive" directors need to be ousted.  No rational individual can possibly attribute our more than 95% s.p. meltdown in less than a year to what has happened in the overall equities markets, especially with a company that is not a dart-throwing junior spec. but a diamond producer.

Most of us would not tolerate incompetence in our professions, especially by those who are above us.  Would we tolerate incompetence in our financial advisors?  Then why would we tolerate incompetence on the part of those that are controlling the thousands, no the tens of thousands of dollars that we originally "invested" in RDI, where we were expecting a positive return on our money?  And why could they have the nerve to pay themselves the totally irresponsible salaries, travel expenses, options, and consulting fees that resulted in the draining of OUR treasury?

This whole mess is a blemish on the once impecable professional record of the Hunter Dickinson Group who used to pride themselves on creating and running some of the best mining operations in the world.
