So just curious on what a paid basher makes ? Is it per post , per reply ? Per like ? Or a combination of all ?

Usually a percentage. The more movement over a certain amount of time the more compensation to keep them engaged and working for the objectives. It can be quite rewarding over time. Sellers like Ken Griffin have a stable and pay very handsomely.
