RE: RE: AMEX listingAMEX modified their rules and procedures for a listing last year. As such, it takes a minimum of at least 6 months. Also your stock has to trade above $3/share for a three week period just prior to listing. And remember that the AMEX is no longer an independent board. It was acquired by the NYSE and is now a division of that enterprise.
