RE:RE:Upgrade questionmuch appreciated.  I hung on too long after WFT peaked in 2018 when lumber crashed. Wasn't sure if I waited to long to pull the trigger this time around.  I usually hesitate with lumber prices this high - they call them cyclicals for a reason :)
