RUN is holding more than 5.000.000 V.XIM shares so

to the performance of XIMEN shares and
add this to the cash of RUN

so after the reverse split there will be 5 million run shares...what's up with that.....is "stellar management" thinking about taking this "private". I can't think of any other reason for a reverse split with 50 million shares outstanding.
