Hi all, First time on this forum.... I came to the same conclusions when conducting my research... However, a couple of things to keep in mind. Very few information is available on Mccallan, Sierra and so on... Whatever info is available is old (8 to 9 years old). The way I see is as follows: REV paid little in cash to Mccallan for the deal. THe rest was paid for in shares. Further investments made by Mccallan in the property will also be paid for in shares by REV. Considering that both are rational actors, Maccallan must be banking on the possibility that REV shares will hit the moon at some point in time particularly if REV is generating sustainable growing income from the mutual project and the gold..... All indicators coming out of the company seem positive. Insider buying, the gold, the Mcallan affair etc.... So have some faith.... Good luck to all Cheers.....
