This whole mess is due to non-consumation by AAA.
They have until the end of the month to finish it off.
But if it's not AAA there are other MAJOR BLUE CHIPS waiting to step in.
(PS: Ken Lay may not be dead. I don't have the proof ,Yucanlondon, but I heard he's now a broker with Haywood.)
