RE: Questions to be asked at the AGM

RE: Questions to be asked at the AGM Material change with any company must be released to the market in the form of a PR before any officers of a company can respond to any questions. Someone please answer: What is the definition of "material change"? How confining is this rule? Are there exceptions? Is it adhered too? There is also a rule against insider trading; I think it is called "The Ken Lay Law." I have received several inboxes with great questions for REV. I have edited out any personal attacks, rephrased and clarified them. I will post these questions tomorrow on the BB, end of trading, and also I will fax/e-mail a letter directly to ED at REV.
