What happened:
The company returned the $1.5-million in funds and is cancelling this financing with AAA Capital Energy AG.
I UNDERSTAND THIS TO MEAN THAT ONLY THE 1.5 MILLION PART WAS CANCELLED AS THERE IS NO MENTION THAT THEY HAVE CANCELLED THE ENTIRE DEAL WITH AAA, (I hope not yet or ever),
THE 1.5 MILLION WAS TO BE USED FOR RED MT. EXPLORATION.
WHICH HAS ALREADY BEGUN AND HAD DRILLING BILLS COMING DUE?
The REASON:
Because of new German laws, AAA failed to provide all the necessary documentation in time to have the private placement accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
AAA ran out of time, REV was running out of money, they PP'd.
I'm not happy about it. You're not happy about it.
