Regent Ventures to raise $675,000 privately 2006-07-27 20:42 ET - News Release Mr. Richard Wilson reports PRIVATE PLACEMENT Regent Ventures Ltd. has agreed to a $675,000 private placement of 2.7 million units of its securities at a price of 25 cents per unit. A total of $100,000 of the offering, representing 400,000 units, will be conducted on a flow-through basis, each unit consisting of one flow-through common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, with each such warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional non-flow-through common share of the company at a price of 35 cents per share for one year. A total of $575,000 of the offering, representing 2.3 million units, will be non-flow-through, each unit consisting of one non-flow-through common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, with each such warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional non-flow-through common share of the company at a price of 35 cents per share for one year.
