FX Energy

FX EnergyI really don't know what the connection to REV and FX is except that Plane said Rick told him to go to their web site when Plane asked Rick, "Who will be drilling?" I went there. www.fxenergy.com and this is what I found: (Chair...know anybody on the list?) We have assembled a strong, experienced team for our operations in Poland, covering the essential skills, knowledge and experience we need to explore, develop and produce. Jerzy B. Maciolek, Vice-President of International Exploration and a director of FX Energy, joined the Company in 1995. He has been the guiding light in our exploration efforts in Poland. Prior to joining FX Energy, he was a private consultant for over five years, covering exploration projects in the western United States, analyzing and reporting on the hydrocarbon potential of Poland and Kazakhstan, and developing applied integrated geophysical interpretations over gold mines in Nevada, California and Mexico. Mr. Maciolek holds BS and MS Degrees in Geophysics from the Mining and Metallurgy Academy at the University of Krakow, Poland. Richard Hardman, CBE, has built a career in international exploration over the past 40 years in the upstream oil and gas industry as a geologist in Libya, Kuwait, Colombia, and Norway. In the United Kingdom, his career encompasses almost the whole of the exploration history of the North Sea - 1969 to the present. With Amerada Hess from 1983 to 2002, as Exploration Director and later Vice President Exploration, he was responsible for key Amerada North Sea and international discoveries, including Valhall, Scott and South Arne fields. Mr. Hardman was made Commander of the British Empire in the New Year Honours, 1998, and has served as the Chairman of the Petroleum Society of Great Britain, President of the Geological Society, Chairman of the Science and Innovation Strategy Board of the National Environmental Research Counsel, and President of the European Region of AAPG Europe. Mr. Hardman was appointed to the FX Energy Board of Directors in October 2003. Bhoopal R. Naini has 22 years of geophysical experience with Saudi Aramco, British Petroleum and Gulf Oil. He is credited with opening of a new gas basin in Saudi Arabia where 15 Tcf of gas have been discovered. He has experience in 2D and 3D seismic acquisition, VSP, inversion, azimuthal anisotropy and AVO. In addition to working in Saudi Arabia he has also worked in the North Sea, Asia and Africa. Mr. Naini has a B.S. and M.S. degree in Geology and Geophysics from Osmania University, India, and a Masters and Ph.D. in Geophysics from Columbia University, New York. Aleksander Nowak has more than 30 years’ experience with POGC, most recently as the Director of the Export and Marketing Division and previously as Technical Director for POGC’s Exploration Oil and Gas Company in Wolomin. He has worked internationally supervising drilling operations for POGC in Kuwait, India, Zaire and Libya. Mr. Nowak is a graduate of the Mining and Metallurgy Academy at the University of Krakow and holds a Masters Degree in Reservoir Engineering. Zbigniew Tatys has more than 20 years’ experience with POGC, most recently as Vice President of POGC and General Director of the Upstream (Exploration and Production) Division. Previously he served as Operations Manager of the largest production office of POGC, managing all production in western Poland. Mr. Tatys received a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Gorniczo Academy in Krakow in 1981.
