Ed turned over the presidency because he has the utmost confidence in Mr. Wilson. They have been together for many years and established a bond of trust and understanding.
This deal could not have progressed as far as it has without both men.
YOU may not agree with management decisions but remember, it is easy to be a backseat quarterback, driver, CEO, General, with 20-20 hindsight but it is different when you in the trenches and not operating your remote control watching it all.
Check out GBS. Mr. Wilson was associated with that company before the company merged and moved away. He was instrumental in raising 67.2 million dollars and has the respect and support of his former colleagues.
This REV deal is about ready to break out and I have full confidence in our management and direction.
