RE: .35 warrants... What''s next...

RE: .35 warrants... What''s next...2, 7, 12 $ is all speculation. A possibility but speculation... Chair Wrote... "fact is they are good for a year out, so management believes the SP will not exceed or barely exceed 35 cents a year from now." Mayeby Chair thinks the warrants should have been for 2 $ due in a year (two now)... Just genius... Personally, I don't think anyone would accept these terms particularly given that this is a penny stock, despite its high potential... Plus I doubt the TSX would accept something like this and I dont think management is that stupid. If Haywood accepts, 2 $ warrants would mean that Haywood knows something (whether they really do or not is inconsequential). I think that would create quite a few problems for all involved don't you think? Plus 2 $ warrants would let everyone know where we are headed and when, prematurely... When and where we are headed is a guarded secret as of yet until the boys up top are ready... So 2 $ warrants would increase interest in this stock artificially and the TSX doesn't want that and neither does management. HAywood wouldn't want that either because if the price doesn't reach 2 $, it would mean that they bet on a loosing horse and that would ruin their credibility... In conclusion .35 warrants does not qualify as a valid prediction on where the share price should be in a year... In one year we should be way above that IMHO... FooF
