History of REV Part 1

History of REV Part 1 Part 1 Red Mt: Purpose: To inform newbies as to some of reasons why we are still here. (When I have mentioned Red Mt. in the past I have been slammed by the very people who are responsible for much of the below.) While we are all concerned with the current disgracefully low SP, those of us who have done our DD and know the history of REV, have held firm in our belief in the worth of REV. First, let us go back in time:

(2006) Estimates of SP based on Red Mt. ALONE: Chair: .75 ---Monedas .80

Initial interest in REV was based on Red Mt. gold exploration. This interest goes back to the 90’s considerably pre-McCallan. The following are quotes from previous posts made (mostly) by Chairman111, concerning Red Mt.: (none are mine) (Please note that the Texas Report refers to a private report made by a group of REV investors.
..."The analysis was paid for by some investors who wanted to determine if "they" wanted to continue to invest in Regents in terms of a private placement. I guess the analysis served its purpose and somebody did want to continue to invest. This statement is a fact and not a conclusion." "The Texas group holds a mass quantity of shares .. actually increased their position(s) based upon the study.) The low estimate is 750,000 ounces and the high was 3,000,000 ounces when assuming they have the same ore found in the 1400 foot ASD hole 39. So knowing conservative investors buy implied resources at $50/ounce you can figure out what the 40,000,000 shares should be worth. At 750,000 ounces that is $0.93/share (American$). At 3M ounces that is $3.75/ share (American$). I could believe maybe 1M oz AU compliant with 43-101 standard and a stock price of say $ .80 without further drilling but I guess we will just have to wait and see. Simple math is the best answer when considering an investment in REV. it's a buy! Texas Investors goal was to independently assess the REV Red Mountain property and develop proprietary geological models from the geological data we gathered from 1994 through March 2005 before investing more into REV. We have shared our preliminary results with REV management which was very encouraging to us to further invest in REV. ..with gold at $570.00 oz ... Regent is a very vaiable play. best estimate ... at a simple buy-out ...$75.00 oz times 500K oz estimate ...divided by 50 million shares equals 75 cents a share .. ...that's why we are strong buyers... the boys from Texas received all the drill data from the first year in the 90's till 2005 ... but when the stock is undervalued in present share price, a huge spike will happen upon the PR, which should add additional value to the already undervalued estimated Red MTN gold reserves. (see previous statements of value $.80 US a share on the gold alone) What is important is that the gold is present on Red Mountain. The previous sampling and analysis programs demonstrate that significant mineralization is present and the modeling that the Texas group has done seems to confirm nature and extent. Nobody is buying Regents based on what has been posted about the gold. Investors are buying because the oil and gas now and maybe a gold kicker if more drilling is done this year." Please keep in mind that the above is based on RED Mt. ONLY. Unfortunately, outside of some minor sampling, Red Mt. was not explored this 2007 season because the focus had shifted to the Polish Project. (Part 2 to follow soon)
