RE: Oil Sands technology in here or what?

RE: Oil Sands technology in here or what?(Please take into consideration that REV has 45% of McCallan with an option for an additional 6%) OIL SANDS TECHNOLOGY Regent Ventures Ltd. ("Regent") is pleased to announce that it is working with United Energy Corp. ("United Energy") of Secaucus, New Jersey, to develop a new chemical process for the separation of hydrocarbons from the sand found in tar and oil sands deposits. The process is at the lab testing stage and all tests to date have been successful in achieving the desired separation of the oil in the samples used from the sand. The chemicals employed in the process are, like all of United Energy's products, environmentally friendly, while the process itself consumes low levels of energy. Upon completion of the lab testing, Regent and United Energy plan an on-site pilot program in Canada, further particulars of which will be announced in due course. Regent has had a business relationship with United Energy since signing a Distribution Agreement in May 1, 2001. Pursuant to the Distribution Agreement, Regent has been granted a non-exclusive worldwide right to market and distribute the products produced by United Energy. The process currently under development is to be exclusively for Regent. Regent is also examining possible uses of United Energy's products in connection with its oil interests in Poland United Energy is a group of scientists and businessmen focused on creating revolutionary solutions for the oil and gas industry. These entrepreneurial minded men have pooled their ingenuity to develop products and services that transform the way businesses solve industrial problems. In addition, United Energy is committed to creating safe products in order to protect the environment, improve worker safety and increase its customers' profit. McCallan / United Energy An Environment-Joint Venture McCallan signs Agreement with United Energy Corp. On Nov. 1, 2006 McCallan Oil&Gas (UK) Ltd. has signed an agreement with United Energy Corp, a New Jersey based US public chemical company whose expertise lies in Oilfield Paraffin & Asphaltene solutions to increase and improve existing production from oil&gas fields worldwide. Under the terms and conditions of the Nov. 1, 2006 agreement McCallan will market United Energy's products in Eastern Europe, predominantly for the oil&gas industry in Poland, Slovak Republic, Romania and Ukraine. These countries are currently experiencing the introduction of modern western oil field techniques, incl. the application of chemical treatment for existing old oil&gas fields, after the collapse of the Communist Regime in Eastern Europe in the late 80s. United Energy's chemical treatment for the oil&gas industry is an environmentally sound product line which has been successfully tested in the past and which is currently used by some of the largest oil&gas companies and oil&gas service companies in the world. Currently, samples are being taken from Alberta tar-sand fields to be tested at the United Energy laboratory. And please do not call this puppy a dog. If you must call it a dog, call it a BIG DOG
