Re: Degma-Chair The Question & The Answer

Re: Degma-Chair The Question & The Answer

Degma posts: "My sources tell me that Regent is taking over McCallan. That is what everyone wanted. "

Is this a possibility?

Yes, it is a possibility!

Am I in favor of it.

Yes and No.

YES:  It would give control of McCallan policies to REV thus preventing McCallan from shifting assets to other companies at below market value.

NO: Because we don’t know exactly what we are getting until we see the books.  Also, what is to prevent a takeover of REV with all these shares in Wolf's hands?

Then again, would that be a bad thing?

Contrary to what some of you believe, I have actively pushed for REV to exercise the 6% option but with those caveats.

Then why hasn't it happened?

That is a question that I believe Chair and a few others (that communicate with Wolfgang), can answer.

To exercise the option for the remaining 6% would give REV control of McCallan.

Normal business practices and the exchange regulations all require that an accounting be done.

McCallan Books must be turned over, audited and a report filed with the exchange.

Simple?   Should be!
Then what is the hang-up?

If Chair and a few others, (that communicate with Wolfgang ), would ask a question of Wolfgang

we would have our answer.

QUESTION:  WILL MCCALLAN OPEN ITS BOOKS TO REV? IF NOT, WHY NOT?

Would you want to take control of a company without seeing the books FIRST?

That is the question and that is the answer.
