I would disagree that there is big action on this stock right now. But I will say that the selling has stopped,

True....no volume to speak of....no major selling going on...

Why???  I believe POSITIONING.....Those that believe in this stock have been putting themselves into a position where they can await a successful PR and an upward movement in the SP. 

I am curious Curtis....when was the last time you spoke with Management

I spoke with them late last week.  I did not inquire about the 6%.  As usual management is working on improving the SP soon with our usual projects; Tar Sands, Red Mt., Methane Gas and Oil.
