My DD
First:
Due Diligence is a term used for a number of concepts involving either the performance of an investigation of a business or person, or the performance of an act with a certain standard of care.
For several years United Energy was basically a Research and Development company. That would account for no big profit line. For the past year they are Research and Development and they are beginning to sell their products. This should explain their current small but profitable bottom line.
RedT is absolutely, 100% on the mark when he says do your own DD. I have said the same many times in my posts. “Don’t believe me or what anyone posts. Do your own research. Understand what you are investing in.”
Management should keep us informed, BUT from what I understand, they are working to solidify, build and improve what we all hope could become a major lucrative deal. It’s an excuse but not very satisfying. Criticized when they don’t provide us with PR’s and criticized when they do make a PR. Can’t win with some of the snatch and run gamblers on this site.
Okay, now on to my DD.
I wanted to find out more about this product that United Energy has for REV. I called the company. Wow!!! Think about that!!! I called the company.
Here is what I found out and I pass it on to you. Again, do your own DD and don’t trust anybody including me.
1. REV has the exclusive distribution rights for a NEW product from United. There is NO COMPETITION for this NEW product.
2. It is a “green product” not toxic, reusable, environmentally friendly and consumes low levels of energy.
3. It increases the profit of the oil producer as it CONSIDERABLY lowers operating costs, resulting in a huge savings to the company.
4. Basically ,(from my layman’s understanding), the product is added to the oil sands, the oil rises to the top, the water and sand sink to the bottom and the oil is then, (excuse the expression), sucked off. The product can then be reused again.
If what I have learned is correct, we may be in very good shape in the future and management deserves kudos.
I say IF!!! It is only my opinion. Do your own DD!!!
