RE: RE: Repeat #1 Most Important IMO 4First let me say I am disappointed that we have to receive much desired info. from a yearly M&D instead of a weekly or monthly PR. But at least we have one official release describing all the bits and pieces that some of us have heard about over the past year.
I have hi-lighted some of the points, (that in my opinion), are significant.
Distribution of Environmentally Friendly Solvents
During the period, the Company has taken steps to develop the business of the sale to the oil and gas
industry of the products (the “Products”) over which it holds the distribution rights from United Energy
Corp. of Secaucus, New Jersey. On May 26, 2009, the Company entered into a formal Agency Agreement with First Nations Capital Corp. (“FNCC”) whereby FNCC has agreed to act as agent for the Company with respect to the marketing and sale of environmentally friendly solvents to FNCC’s corporate contacts in the oil and gas industry.
