Zingzong did the right thing. He contacted legal advisers who are also directors and/or officers in several public companies. Instead of just screaming Vote No...no..no...he did the smart thing and got professional advice. Maybe zingzong should be on; the board?
If he does he can appoint redoctober as town crier and dogone and curtis as court jesters.
In the mean time, I'm with you, throw the bums out.
