Redoctober, I said in my last post that I figure that I am kind of in the middle of this debate. 
I try to see both sides.  I understand and go along with what Huttani and zingzong are doing.
But I also like what Curtisprod says.  He makes sense.  But I think he is wrong and it is time to change management direction.

I was told by my US brokers that voting could be a problem according to some law that shares had to be in a Canadian brokerage associated with my US brokerage in order to count.  It was something like that.  He talked too fast so I may have gotten some of it wrong.  He's trying to straighten it out now. 

So those charges that you make sound unreal.  How could you come up with those statements unless you work in the office or somebody lied to you?.

You'd better hope that they don't take you seriously or you may get a lot more than an ordinary lawsuit.  I'd hate to be associated with you when the lawsuit hits the fan.

I'll join in a legit legal matter but I refuse to join one based on slander or lies.

Like the last poster said, prove it.
