Eurogas/McCallan closing
Eurogas/McCallan closingI am reposting as seperate subject so we can discuss this seperately from previoust posts.
Management seems confident the agreement will close due to major activity in Ukraine that Eurogas/McCallan is involved in.
My involvement in REV is based on this deal with Eurogas closing as I liked the funding arrangement with no future dillution by financings. This was confirmed by Directors at the AGM.
Our ace in the hole is we hold 4500 shares of McCallan (UK) the parent of the Polish deal and this is the Company that is heavily involved in Ukraine as they have optioned additional oil & gas fields there recently.
We also have a 1% carried interest on the Aurelien deal once Eurogas pays us out on March 31st, 2010.
What isn't known is how to deal with the 6% option we have to increase our interest in McCallan.
All good for Regent when we add the above to the 10M shares we have of Eurogas of which 8m are free trading.
