Actually the SP resacts to where management "sets the bar"
any of them selling their shares directly or indirectly establishes the top of the SP
additionally the issue of low priced warrant options is another sign. These latest 15 centers are ridiculous and 6 million shaers will be in the money soon. These, like management's share are free riding till they hit in the money status.
There is a yen & yang to REV .. one is the viable assets and the other is managements skill set, or lack there of.
For the SP to hit 50 cents they have to want to build a company. Time will tell.
