What Burnt is saying is that mgmt has not given him the confidence the SP will be going any higher.  Management is still not being transparent so I have to share his reluctance. 

I am holding, and I have added a few more at cheaper prices, because I am seeing some signs management is finally doing something... but they are still not transparent.  Where is the news?  Where are the status updates?  They can take a hard look at the news PCY puts out.  They keep their shareholders well informed.  I am still reserving my vote at the upcoming AGM meeting.
